‘Stuaicín’ consists of 2300 sq feet. Four bedrooms—three double and one twin, master bedroom en-suite and main bathroom. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room giving panoramic views through all windows. A utility room situated just off the kitchen and upstairs a games room for all to enjoy. |

All services are provided and there is a washing machine dryer in the utility. A TV, DVD and stereo are provided in the main lounge and an extra TV for game playing is upstairs in our games room. In the kitchen all pot’s , pan’s and cutlery are provided as well as a microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The Dining area has a large table with seating for six people. Outside we have a patio area with a picnic table overlooking Mount Brandon and Smerwick Bay. The house has oil fired central heating with under floor heating in the bathrooms. The private garden means you can relax and watch the world go by in peace. Stuaicín is also Wheelchair accessible (we must be notified upon booking for this facility). Bringing your baby? We also provide a travel cot, high-chair, stroller buggy and bouncer—just let us know and we’ll have everything ready for your little bundle of joy. |
